It was quite difficult to book my re-issue ticket with them, I'm sure they do a good job booking new trips for groups, but having to reschedule something wasnt very smooth for me.
This is the most unresponsive travel agent I have ever worked with. Good luck if you have any specific travel or medical accommodation needs, they are unable or unwilling to help
Hands down the BEST experience our church has had working with a travel agency. We have multiple teams traveling this summer and their help has been awesome. One team had a last minute travel change due to a member getting COVID and Rusty fixed it right away. We were able to reschedule them on a later flight once they were well. Anna was awesome to work with on booking our flights and Rusty has been great at dealing with last minute changes and fligth delays.
