Had my stuff there for three years. Always had decent service. Been checked on by family periodically. Went to clean it out and it had been broken into. Management knows these units are getting broken into and aren’t notifying anyone. Sheriffs office said they have over 20 reports of units being broken into. Over $4,000of my stuff is gone. Called the office and they weren’t concerned and made sure to tell me I needed to send a picture of my unit empty to cancel payment. I already have 2 sm units and spoke with Sara about adding a 3rd. She was extremely helpful in locating a unit right in between mine and we did the paperwork right from our phones! I'm very satisfied with my units and my experience with Sara. Keep up the good work, girl!🙂
