another great experience with High Point. today was an exterior door by Chad and Scott - thx again. in January we had a new roof installed on our home. as well as previous repairs on our business’s metal roof. always very professional.
Great experience from the initial evaluation and quote, to finishing up the cosmetics around the final completion. I had a skylight leak that was above a rear porch patio. Other contractors were more concerned with replacing the entire roof with new material and raising the frame of the roof to be more slopped ($8k+ worth of work, a money grab to try and up-sell me more work than I truly need). Great communication from everyone involved. Paul answered all questions without hesitation so that I knew exactly what was going on for the job. Chad and his crew were fantastic from set up to complete cleanup. They actually left my attic in better condition then they found it from their cleanup. This is our second job with Highpoint Roofing and won’t be our last!
I had Highpoint come out and put in two doors and nine windows and they did a great job very polite very experience at their work and their crew leader Chad what such a nice guy very professional and he went out of his way to make sure everything was working property, I would recommend these guys to anybody.
Absolutely fantastic experience with High Point Roofing! Chad and Scott were professional, kind, and incredibly attentive during the installation of my new sliding glass door. They worked diligently and with great care, ensuring everything was done perfectly.
