Okay I’m not one to give a bad review but seriously the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had! I contacted High Point to come out and give me an estimate on a new roof for my townhome that had wind damage. I had already gone through my insurance company and was shopping around for pricing like any other consumer. Got scheduled for today 4/16/2025. I get a call from Dustin saying that he would be late. Joey was very honest, kind, and hard working he got the job quickly. I’ve had other companies reach out saying we’d need the whole thing replaced, turns out it just needed nailed down, he also went ahead to check everything else on the roof without me asking to do so, so he was incredibly thoughtful and nice!
