Okay I’m not one to give a bad review but seriously the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had! I contacted High Point to come out and give me an estimate on a new roof for my townhome that had wind damage. I had already gone through my insurance company and was shopping around for pricing like any other consumer. Got scheduled for today 4/16/2025. I get a call from Dustin saying that he would be late. No problem. Then I get a call that he needed to cancel and I asked when I could reschedule. He calls me back and sa... read more
Shingle roof replace with medal roof and gutters with gutter guards, both home and shed. The team was very responsive and thorough.
