My wife and I rented an apartment downtown managed by this company and had a terrible experience from start to finish and even after moving out. When we toured the apartment we loved the location and amenities, but were surprised to see the toilet was filthy, appliances such as the bathroom fan didn’t work, and there were about a dozen dead cockroaches on the floor. Ken DeGrant is an excellent realtor. We auctioned our house after discovering that giving it back to the bank was not going to be possible. We were at the end of the spring market, and hoping for a better price, because it was a 2 yr old house in great condition.
