Great experience! Eric from High Point was at my house today to cap a gas line. While here, he asked if there were any other issues or concerns. I mentioned our furnace seemed to be having a hard time keeping up at times. He then did a series of analyses, determined optimal efficiency settings for the furnace/heat pump, showed me how to adjust those settings on my own, then provided a series of other recommendations on maintenance and upkeep. Eric was thorough, took the time to explain what he had done, and to make sure we were happy with the work performed. He even made sure to leave the work areas all cleaned up behind himself too. I’d give more than 5 stars if it was an option!
Recently had the pleasure of Will at highpoint plumbing come to install a dishwasher for me. House is 115 year old house, so nothing was as simple as it would normally be. To top it off, the dishwasher was shipped missing some pieces. Will was able to assess the situation accurately and effectively and was very solution oriented.
