Ian came out today to help us with an issue that required immediate attention. Ian was very courteous and completely thorough. He also contacted BC Hydro right away for us when it was discovered to be an issue with them. Thank you so much Ian. :)
Eric was thorough, took the time to explain what he had done, and to make sure we were happy with the work performed. He even made sure to leave the work areas all cleaned up behind himself too. I’d give more than 5 stars if it was an option!
Recently had the pleasure of Will at highpoint plumbing come to install a dishwasher for me. House is 115 year old house, so nothing was as simple as it would normally be. To top it off, the dishwasher was shipped missing some pieces. Will was able to assess the situation accurately and effectively and was very solution oriented.
