There was a mix-up with my first appointment - no one showed up, and I later learned it was due to an issue with their after-hours booking system. Once it was rebooked, Tyler arrived right on time and did a fantastic job maintaining our boiler. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The four stars is because of the initial booking mix-up and the service cost felt a bit high, but Tyler himself was excellent, and I really appreciated his great work.

Duane Becker from High Point installed a new furnace and heat pump and I’m happy to report that it was a smooth and painless experience. Everyone involved provided fantastic customer service and was super pleasant to deal. I’d 100% recommend Duane and High Point to others.

The Service Technician, Tyler from High Point was really outstanding! Tyler took the time to figure the problem with our furnace and gave us options for the repair work.Tyler also kept us advised when the parts would be in to complete the repair. Not only did he get our furnace running more efficiently, he explained how furnace “should”be working. My compliments to Tyler and High Point! A job well done!

We chose High Point plumbing and heating due to the excellent reviews and quality service that they have. I was very pleased with the work that was performed and the installation of our new furnace, which we also purchased through High Point. Tyler W. did the install and did an amazing job and Showed excellent customer service. He was very polite and stayed late to get the job done, which we were very appreciative for.We will highly recommend this company to others.Thank you

We have been having problems with furnace for this past summer. Called numerous repairs and no one was interested in coming. I had High Point to my house and asked if they could come by and check it out. Tyler assessed it, gave us a quote and let us take the time to get approval from directors. The furnace was up and working that afternoon, and Tyler then ordered part for leaking dishwasher and returned today to finish job. More than satisfied. Thanks for job well done that nobody could be bothered with!
