I was referred here by my dentist for a tooth extraction. My specific surgeon was Dr. DeSalvo. From start to finish, everyone I came into contact with was amazing from the receptionist, assistants and surgeons. I highly recommend if you have to have any kind of surgery. I had IV sedation and don’t remember a thing about my surgery and my recovery has gone well! Can’t thank them enough for everything they did and how they did it 🤍
The 2 stars are for Dr DeSalvo and his back end staff. The office administration gets 0. Plain and simple, they have no set rule or process for payments or billing insurance before demanding almost 2k upfront!! In 2024 I missed a consultation appt and had a $25 charge. I forgot about it and when my tooth started hurting terribly this summer, I got the charge paid! And on their consultation schedule. PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE. I was referred same day for emergency surgery. It had already been a rough day and I was pretty anxious for having to go through another procedure but from the time I walked in until the time I left I felt so much better. Dr. Newsome was great. The fact that he talked to me the whole time and was letting me know what was going on through my procedure made the entire thing so much better! Just had my third visit here and third tooth extraction. Would recommend this practice. I highly commend Dr. DeSalvo for his professionalism and wonderful bedside mannerism's. He has a gifted way of putting you at ease with dignity, under stressful conditions. His whole team seems very competent and proficient, along with the office staff as well. Thank you to all, for extending such good care. 🙏🏻 Truly invaluable and grateful.
I want to thank the staff and Dr. Desalvo for going above and beyond for me. From the first initial call with Bethany, she took time to listen to my concerns and I can't thank her enough! When I arrived I was a nervous wreck and everyone made me feel so comfortable, all staff were super friendly and personable! You really don't get service like this much anymore unfortunately.
