My time in Highpoint has been quite memorable and positive. The neighborhood is peaceful and well-maintained, providing a safe and welcoming environment for residents. The community amenities, such as the gym, the swimming pool, park and walking trails, are well-kept and add to the quality of life. Sound proof is basically none. You can hear dog barking, baby crying, people walking in the hall ALL TIME, including 2AM in the morning
Pros - clean grounds, spacious apartments, close to Boston Cons - overpriced, rent increases annually, thin walls (so thin I can hear my neighbor snoring), fee for the gym and pool
