Great place to live! The rent is affordable, and the staff is amazing. All the maintainance requests get done super quickly.
High point is a nice place to live, lovely scenery and friendly people. Lots of cute dogs and very quiet.
I’ve lived here for a few weeks now and my experience has been good. I moved into a renovated unit and it’s beautiful- the appliances are high end, I have bay windows, and the buildings are kept extremely clean. They are constantly cleaning and washing the floors and it smells nice. I have no idea how anyone could have pests in the reviews below. DO NOT lease at Highpoint Apartments in Quincy. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve lived in four other apartment complexes and visited dozens more through friends. Highpoint not only fails to deliver basic living standards but also traps you with skyrocketing rent, poor construction, and dismissive management. 1. I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing plumbing issues in this apartment. As a parent with a young baby, this situation has been incredibly stressful. Due to plumbing problems, I experienced significant water damage to my furniture and carpet. It took three full days of loud, high-volume fans running non-stop to dry the area.
