This place broke my heart. My little brother was transferred here from the emergency room for the first time and when my mother and I first arrived, there was no receptionist at the front desk (lights were off), we called the facility (no answer), we even knocked and rang to get in and no luck for almost an hour. We had to call the emergency room for them to contact High Point to tell them we were outside.
