Updated: Our overall experience was with Hi Point Home Builders was challenging but the home turn out very nice. For Army and Air Force families beware conservative with your need date for move it. The scheduled move-in date can be off by at least 5 months and for us it was 7 months late. Budge for upcharges and upgrades at ever design center appointment via Change Orders. I recommend you complete the “punchlist” before closing. After closing the time can be up to a year due to the new builds being Hi Points top priority. I ... read more

We are independent employees that were asks to help by a subcontractor, Jeff, he only needed us for 3 days. But the home owners keep aski us to come back and finish their house! They were told they could move into their dream home I Sept but the don't even have floors or appliances! We just came to finish the outside paint job.. One of the supervisors, Justin, told us to keep coming everyday and to get everything we needs to be able to take the next job on by the horns. We promised the we would be paid for our dedication. We worked with Bud Ingels as our contractor on two projects. The first project was an expansion and update to a deck. The deck was completed in a timely manner and on budget. It met our expectations and we were happy with the result. The second project was a major remodel. We turned a kitchen and two rooms into a kitchen and great room space.
