I’ve furnished a lake house from High Point Furniture and it was the best of the best experience. The staff was the best and Dean Stewart who was our sales person was the best. She knows her stuff and can help you with anything you need. That’s the place to go and I won’t go any where else. The quality of the furniture is absolutely the best. This will always be my go to place.
I have been affiliated with the family of High Point Furniture for several years. I have to say that they are such good people, and very fair and mindful of their customers. They always have a great variety of unique furniture. Great place, great people, and great products!
Poor customer service, we asked for a price on a bookcase and the guy said I'm not sure but I think $499. We then asked the price on another bookcase he said he didn't know then walked off to talk to another employee and never even offering to go look up the prices and his demeanor was as if we were bothering him. We walked out, I wouldn't spend a dime in a place that rude.
