Friendly and helpful sales personnel
Owners are friendly and helpful. They stand behind their merchandise. I purchased a mattress and they went out of their way to be sure I was happy with it. Delivery guys were great.
The quality and selection of merchandise are excellent, as is the quality of service, and prices are competitive. I bought a mattress and adjustable base, and I just ordered a sectional sofa. High Point stands behind its merchandise, and I highly recommend the store.

I just purchase several pieces from High Point. Dean was amazing to work with. Everyone there is friendly. I was so happy with how all the pieces looked once we got it into the rooms!! Delivery guys were great!! Purchased on Friday and they delivered it the next day!! Also had one piece that I wasn’t sure would work. They sent it with the delivery and brought it in.
