My primary doctor sent in a referral to these people a month ago, I have not received a call to schedule an appointment so I call and go from the live receptionist that is a recording that plays over and over. You can then leave a message for someone to call you back. However, do not hold your breath waiting on a call back from them bc they don’t care enough to just simply schedule you an appointment.
I've been going here for years and have always been treated well and with respect.
Dr. Love is really good and the staff in the hospital is really good no complaints at all glad I have such a caring staff too help me when I needed it most I would highly recommend them.
0 stars! Extremely unprofessional. The secretary was so mean,rude, disrespectful and above all racist! I wish I would have recorded her! I asked to speak to a supervisor and another employee went to get them. As I waited my husband called and she overheard me speaking in Spanish and said "I don't know much Spanish but I know some and she needs to stop that"..... High Point Behavioral Health has mostly been good to me. I can't say about other people's experiences but I will detail mine. I've been going since I was about 17 and I have been seeing the same doctor. I cannot speak for the other doctors at the location as I have no experience with them whatsoever. Dr. Love is a fantastic doctor and I enjoy seeing him. He is a very nice doctor, who cares.
