Exceptional experience from checking in at the front desk to getting a hearing test performed by Dr Michelle Novakovich. High Point Audiological made everything seem so easy. Dr Novakovich is very professional, no doubt an expert in her field and most of all she is a compassionate person. In addition to helping me select hearing aids to fit my specific needs, High Point Audiological replaced tubes and domes on my older hearing aids at no cost. I was extremely satisfied. I have hearing aids through workmen’s compensation from my employer the US Navy . I am retired now and live here in Winston-Salem and had a hard time finding an Audiologist until I found High Point Audiological of Kernersville. They have been wonderful! They got me approved for my new hearing aids when I moved here 6 years ago and are helping me to get replacements at this time! I really appreciate the help and support they have provided to me! Thank you all for being so supportive and pleasant to work with!!

Highly recommend. They are all super nice and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Cannot say enough good things about this place. My stepdad is their client and he's in the hospital and they went above and beyond to make sure his hearing aids worked properly.
Very positive experience with High Point Audiological Kernersville. Came in to check my hearing and establish a baseline for future testing. Dr Michelle Novakovich administered my hearing test. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and experience. She explained my results so I could understand them and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend High Point Audiological to anyone.
