Lived here during Covid and one of the water lines kept breaking in the same spot. Who do you think paid for all that water, the tenants. Also maintenance left water running in apt next to me and I lost a lot of books because of it.
horrible and stupid people managing this property don't move here they are useless
I have been a resident of High Point Apartments for almost 4 years. With the new management Ms. Tia has been awesome handling our maintenance requests. Always professional in her approach, keeps a smile and is very attentive to the day to day operations. My family and I are very appreciative to have with us at the High Point Apartments!
I try to steal her but she said no. She is a very sweet intelligent lady. She always makes sure that she gets my message when I call her and she responds quickly. I won’t change her for nothing in the world. Thanks Ms Tia Bodley
Corporate representative is amazing. Ms. Tia was the best. Apt were nice and flexible with lease teams.
