Great experience entirely! Setting up the appointment with Kathy and then being greeted by her at the office. She is so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Brandon does a full diagnostic of your vehicle. Kathy sends you a report of the diagnostic for you to review and authorize or decline the recommendations of the diagnostic. After you authorize the repairs, Brandon begins the work on the vehicle. Brandon performed the repairs perfectly and in record time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I got a 1998 GMC Sierra. The payment is perfect. I love the fact that they work with me on payment dates. Down payment was great. Update: Well, shoot. Lil Red has to go back to the dealership. Engine started knocking. However on the plus side, High Plains Motors, LLC, Cathy and Mark Short , they have the best auto dealership I have ever used or seen.
