waiting for phone appointment with med doctor. Been getting automated texts more then 3 times at 7:30 in mornings. On day of appointment wait and wait no call ? today i called in to find out her appt had been canceled. That’s fine BUT nobody has the knowledge or know how to say Hey ! maybe would should call and let pt know !
