If I could give negative a review I would. I went there to get help for my mental health. Was put on some dangerous medications when mixed together. Wound up in a mental hospital a couple months later. I tried to get the records of all my medications. Had everything on there except for the main one that caused a very bad reaction to another medication they put me on. I called to get an answer as why it wasn't on my prescription list fromy pharmacy. They flat out denied ever putting me on it. Even If they weren't the ones tha... read more

I was hospitalized as a child in this facility many years ago. The treatment I received was nothing short of abusive. I was humiliated and beaten everyday months, as were the 15+ other children in my unit, by the many staff, that when reported for their behavior, were said to have not worked there, nor having ever been a personel. This facility would lie about the identity of staff to prevent them from being held responsible for their behavior, and allowed minimal contact between doctors and guardians regarding treatment and... read more

They use to be okay then something in them shifted. They canceled my appointment without letting me know. They claimed they sent me a letter but they never did and when confronted said “we have the right address we sent it”. They did not. I also expressed a desire to pay back my bill to them. However I’m on SNAP and government assistance. I just couldn’t. They offset my tax money without sending me a letter telling me they were gonna do so which is illegal. I couldn’t pay my rent and almost faced eviction. Had the letter bee... read more

"I cannot say enough good things about Amy Wetzel and my med staff nurse, Susan. Amy is a wonderful, kind, and caring professional who genuinely listens. From my very first appointment, I felt acknowledged and comfortable. I tend to ramble and jump from topic to topic, but Amy’s ability to keep up with me is astonishing! She is the first person in many years who has actually listened to how I feel and taken the time to truly get to know me. I never feel rushed or like I’m just a 'time slot' on her calendar. While I wish I ha... read more

Horrible place. Absolutly the worst. My friend was trying to talk to billing when she suddenly got chest pains. Instead of calling her an ambulance or anything else Colleen treated her like she was having a mental break and had a crisis counselor call her instead of calling an ambulance or asking where she was. She also told them to send a welfare check on her. She found someone at work and was later taken to the ER where she’s gonna make a full recovery no thanks to High Plans who instead of helping accused her of having a ... read more
