This store is rude and full of themselves if your in the area don;t bother stopping in they have alot to learn about customer service and what it take to a keep a customer. not worth the energy to stop in when there are so many other good stores in the Denver area.

This place is terrible. I called ahead and asked the girl a couple of questions to make sure they had AK's and AR's. She said yes, come on down! I get there and the guy doesn't want to show me anything, is annoyed I have questions and seemed like he doesn't want to sell anything. Small gun shop owners; this is why bass pro, gander and cabelas are killing you. You guys as an industry are giving yourselves a bad reputation. Firing line, high plains, green mountain... I want to support you but you don't let me!

I called several places to check their prices on firearms transfers and High Plains Arms said that their rate was $30, the lowest that I found. The only thing worse than the younger, fat piece of worthless dog feces behind the counter was the old, fat piece of worthless dog feces there as well. Terrible customer service and very arrogant. Really? Have you two looked at yourselfs in the mirror lately? I would not buy anything from nor recommend this shop to anyone. You can't give worse than 1 star so that is what they got.

Never felt welcomed there. Prices are higher than other gun stores. When I didn't buy from them I told him why over the phone. To which he replied 'i don't want to hear your excuses'. I said that his attitude was the other reason I didn't buy my pistol from him and he hung up on me. He lost a potential ammo holster customer for life. I will never step foot in there again
