The doctors and technicians here are incredibly caring! Love this place!
It's a horrible place. I hate it the facility is dirty all the time we go in there. The workers are rude. We told them we are going some where else for his care and one women slammed the door because she had to go get the leash and harness that we left him with. And one of the reps in the front was rude I handed her there leash back and she didn't even say thank you or anything. That's rude and you guys wounder why we want to see a new vet. We moved here from Oklahoma City in September 2016 with 2 cats and 2 dogs. Immediately, one cat and one dog got sick and Hi Plains saw both of them immediately and didn't charge outrageous prices. Since then, they have seen all four of my animals for routine shots to lacerations from dog and cat fights! I've had a great experience every time - No complaints here. Also, they are really reasonable on prices!!!
Thank you to the very kind ladies at the high plains animal hospital for the very kind treatment of my rescue dog Maggie. They made myself and Maggie feel right at home for our first vet visit! And they've always been kind to my other dog Molly.. Thank y'all so much!
