Concur with James, the company pretends to have high skills and work on cutting edge problems, however they have a management/hiring/and on boarding issue. Employees have been terminated when the projects are finished and there is a shortage of work. Unstable and irregular demand in its services. This causes the best employees to leave and look elsewhere.
I worked at the Arlington location of this company, prior to the opening of the Reston office. The company is not mature and frequently over-promises and underachieves and under-delivers to the customer. I would strongly encourage that they stop promising too much to the customer when they do not have the staff nor the skills to deliver.
