Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Far Away! Working with this brokerage was an absolute nightmare. They completely failed to sell my home — even after two price drops below their own recommended listing price. To make matters worse, they went out of town for weeks during the process, leaving everything to stagnate. OMG I cannot BELIEVE this company actually has the audacity to call itself “HIGH PERFORMANCE” 😡 I have personally witnessed their disloyal, manipulative, dishonest and condescending contracts and business practices and let me say I am DISGUSTED to say in the very least. If your considering doing business with these folks please people THINK AGAIN.
Brian Boger and the team at High Performance Real Estate provided excellent services for both the purchase of our land and sale of our home. They were honest and upfront about all aspects of the process and communication was timely. I highly recommend Brian and the High Performance Real Estate Advisors.
