Feeling like we have been scammed. All we wanted was a new vent installed and High Performance came out and did the work and we were very happy although they did make us sign a service agreement which we were ok with. When they came out to do the "service" they uncovered a crack in a tray which they were coming out to replace but again our AC was working great. Dean and his team of professional staff installed a ductless ac/heating system in our 60+ year old home. He was knowledgeable about the process and products and installed the units in the exact locations to obtain efficiency needed. We love the system and due to the installation and quality of the product use minimal energy to cool our home. Would recommend High Performance for all HVAC services.
