Day 1 of 4 - editing review. Had some problems and expectations that were starting off to a bad start, then Trace the evening manager personally contacted us and thanked us for bringing the issues to his attention that they weren't aware of and is working hard to fix them. So so far what we thought may be very disappointing may turn out a very nice trip.
The room was great. Love the look of the room. The service was great. The staff at the desk were great. Very helpful and informative. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel. I have no complaints
