My son had a recent service at a different dealership to replace a leaky water pump on a 2021 Bronco Sport (known issue with these). On his trip back to college, the newly replaced belt failed resulting in the loss of the alternator and water pump. Luckily he was only a few miles away from High Peaks Ford and was able to get the vehicle there after allowing adequate time for the engine to cool. The only service I've done with High peaks ford in Raybrook Brook is the service department and only because of my job. Ryan, in the service department is great! Customer service in the service department is the best, they have been super fast with what has been needed for the vehicles I've brought in! I'm definitely more than happy with the service here.
