I saw a truck in Ray Brook fell in love with it right away. I spoke to Wyatt and amazing salesman and I don't always like salesman. He offered me great money for my trade and have us a good deal on the truck. There was one time issue when we got it they came and picked it up and fixed it. I would recommend to anyone
Parts quote was for 222$, was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half.... so I said okay to do the work... all they did was put new parking brake shoes on it.. brakes were done a few days ago, so there was no struggle pulling apart used up brakes... gave me a bill for over 900 dollars, told me the parts quote was for only 1 side and then charged me 4 hours.. I was expecting a bill half of what they gave me based on what I was told before the work was done, just find it shadey.. wouldn't recommend this place at all..... read more
I trusted this dealership. I paid 1000 dollars to get my brakes done and they did them improperly. Another ford dealership had to fix it. When I brought the issue to their attention, they did not respond. I had to then talk to the GM, who also ended up not returning my phone calls. He says "what do you want, me to refund you 10 mins worth of work?". No but how about some accountability. How about some care. Had to get my car serviced on, and the service center has fantastic customer service! Good communication and will definitely use these guys from here on out!
