Trying to decide if this company is really incompetant or if they are scammers. They took my money (over $400) but never delivered on the window I needed replaced, and have stopped communcating with me. In any case, I think you can do better than this company if you need work done. I would avoid them. I did a quick check on a couple things: the owners "Steve Field" and "Krystle Benge" have also had a few previous glass businesses, which have also had complaints in the past. At this time, Steve and his company have taken a $100 deposit on a job which has been incomplete for almost 3 months. They have been unresponsive to phone calls on various phone numbers provided. On various occasions, they scheduled the job only to not arrive and not proactively reschedule. I, as the customer, had to ask them for a status. I do not recommend partnering with this business based on my experience.
