Person who did facial - 4/5. Good and sweet lady but no transparency on communication. Service - 1/5. I usually do facial from locals. Facials are relaxing with that deep face massage making sure skin rejuvenates. Lady massaged for a while but it was not that effective. She uses some $100 led machine for massaging cream penetration for 20+mins from overall time. I personally did not find that work on me. After facial, my face didn't look any different. Worst experience ever. ❌❌ She is NOT an expert. She works in her home in the corner of her living room. Everything started wrong when she asked me which was my type of skin… when she’s supposed to be an expert. Seriously?? That’s the first thing They teach you in the school when you study cosmetologist. As an expert you HAVE YO KNOW what type of skin is your client so you can choose the right products depending on her needs. I recently visited High Park Beauty Studio for a facial and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The place was small but comfy and I was comfortable throughout the treatment The facial itself was exceptional! The products used were of high quality and my skin felt soft and refreshed after the treatment. I also appreciated the tips and recommendations that "Moon" (the girl who served me) gave me for my skincare routine.
