The older couple that cared for building were always on top of everything, it was clean and actually decent but not no more. As a frequent visitor I have witnessed this building fall from decent to not fit to rent. The past couple of years its become increasingly run-down and seems like it's not cleaned. Like riding by today, there's trash outside on the buildings ground so evidently there's no maintenance to care for the outside either. Lastly, there's a huge ant infestation problem year-round. Save yourself the headache.
No junkies around, so that was nice.
