this shop was recommended to fix a transmission problem i had on a 2008 jk. was told they could fix for approximately $1200... $1100 dollars later they said the transmission needed to be replaced or rebuilt for additional cost....really? they tried to fix and couldn’t and wanted more money to replace the transmission for used one with over 100000 miles for a few grand more or a rebuilt for even more money. i told them put the transmission parts in the jeep had ii will have it towed away to a much better and less expensive sh... read more
RecommendedI work medical at the Veterans Health Administration so I have to have my vehicle ready at all times. Mark, Tom Jr. and Sr are always there and go above and beyond. They stayed late to fix my Jeep during the Corona Virus when I had an issue so I could get back to work. With knowledgeable staff and great service there is no other place I will go to get my Jeep fixed. Thank you for staying late for me when I needed you. Stay safe and well.
All of these guys go above and beyond, even during all of this coronavirus chaos. I have been here a few times, they always get my vehicle in and out quickly, and I never have complaints or problems. they gave me a fair price on my Jeep I just bought and even worked with my schedule to make sure I had a upgrade from my previous Jeep. As a female who is not ignorant about cars, they were honest and never tried to take advantage, honesty and integrity runs deep with all of these guys! This company is a JOKE!!! They like wrecking other people's Jeeps and denying it!!! $2000 worth of work was supposed to be done. Work was done half assed and I still had to take it to another shop to FIX AND FINISH what they couldn't do or chose not to do. Smashed my front Fab Fours stinger bumper, passenger side front quarter, my BullyDog 8000lb winch and my grill, and that's just what I can see!!! $6000 worth of damage done!!!! Great guys here. Have been having work done on my 04 Wrangler for over a year. Well priced. Twice they have charged me significantly less than the original estimate. They will only do work that needs done. I even left my 04 with them for a full week while on vacation and came back to her running and driving like a champ. I recently upgraded to a unlimited X and they will soon be working on her also.

Bought a beast of a WJ in April, and Tom Sr. and Jr.. were awesome to work with. I couldn't be happier with my WJ or with the service I received at High Octane. My girl is a monster, and she gets checked out every time I take her on the road. Thanks guys for the great Jeep!
