Went in to buy a ruger LCR and explained that I'm getting it for my girlfriend who is too limp wristed to cycle a semi auto well enough to be reliable. First thing the salesman does is show me a semi auto that he got for his wife to carry. How is that relevant or helpful? Then he goes to clear the gun to hand it to me and aims the barrel right at me while he is dropping the mag. Completely unacceptable.
Since I am a relatively inexperienced shooter, I decided to take a one hour lesson in order to learn proper technique and maintain safety since I wasn't comfortable just renting a firearm and hitting the range alone. Mike was the best instructor! He was nice, professional and knew what he was doing. Me and two of my buddies did our CCW coarse with Mike in March. Mike is a very professional and knowledgeable instructor, giving us real life experiences and situational awareness examples. I would defiantly recommend them for any class. All the employees where very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and welcome. I have been and used other ranges and have experienced a kind of know it all mentality with some range employees. Not here.
Took my conceal and carry class tonight form instructor Michael Buckley. Great information and wisdom from a man that has been a police officer ,a man who served our country and all aspects of law enforcement. A+ personality and straight shooter. I strongly suggest using Michael if your thinking about a conceal license or just help with anything pertaining to guns.

Was told my Ruger would be too hard to disassemble and to have them clean it for $35. Not true at all; the gun was simple to disassemble, clean, and reassemble for $10. Bought a barely used Sig Sauer and took a week to get it because no one would log it it. kicker is my son; one of the guys put a site on his 9mm so tight that it wouldn't come off. My husband and I, recently, took the firearms safety course. We feel like we learned so much about handling and shooting of the guns in the safest manner possible, and the legalities of being a gun owner. This is a wonderful staff, who are so helpful and patient. You can tell by working with them that they want you to become successful and confident.
The true measure of customer service is not during the sale, it is when issues arise and how they are handled. I recently made a purchase and the gun that was delivered was a MA compliant gun meaning a 10.5 lb trigger, obviously not what I had ordered. Once the mistake was identified after a couple of frustrating range trips and calls to Smith & Wesson High Noon promptly corrected the issue. You have earned a loyal customer.
