In 1986, High Mountain Expeditions began taking families and adventure seekers alike to some of the most spectacular places in the U.S. Our early efforts helped create a whitewater rafting industry that now shares the beautiful outdoors of the North Carolina Mountains and Tennessee Wilderness with thousands of guests every summer.

Super chill, great staff, cheap way to spend 3 or so of relaxation down a lazy river. Bring your music, a few cold beverages and enjoy the day. Cooler tubes and changing rooms are available.
This was one of the most relaxing tubing adventures I have been on, it even had a hint of mystery along the way. I highly recommend this place! I would also suggest going down the stream early in the day, the parking lot can get pretty full by the afternoon.
Had a great time. They offer tubing kayaks . Very relaxing way to unwind and kick back . they had a cool little store where you can get a waterproof phone case for around $13 aswell as shirts . I went with someone, and for 2 adults and a cooler float, it was $63 . Overall, we had a great time . Would have given 5 stars, but I think it went up since last year by a considerable amount.
Very helpful, friendly staff. They let my 8yo take a single kayak out to get the feel for it and see if he wanted to go by himself or ride with Dad. He ended up on a double with me without any argument. That was very helpful and saved us a lot of trouble downstream when he inevitably would have gotten tired of a single. Thank you!
Fantastic tubing experience. The brand new building was awesome to see. The staff was super nice. Take your time if you want to extend the trip to over 2 hours or consider going twice
