The owner was very nice. I had a bolt in my tire so I just dropped in during lunch unannounced and picked it up the next day. Friendly environment, and will use them for future work.
Excellent experience with Miguel. I brought him a laundry list of things I wanted him to look at on my truck and he patiently listened and took notes. I left him with the car on a busy week to look at when he had time. Nothing was forgotten or missed ( I was really impressed given the long list) He was so diligent, honest, and communicative. He finished all the items on the list by the agreed time and it was quick. I will be back with our other vehicles.
The team at Mile High Auto is fantastic! I brought my car in a few weeks ago because the brakes were making noise. They looked at my car quickly and identified that the brake sound was purely cosmetic and that they could fix it if I wanted to get rid of the sound, but that I’d be fine with the brakes as is. They didn’t try to upsell me or get me to pay for new brakes when they weren’t needed. I don’t know where to even start with how great Miguel and High Mountain Auto are - reliable, priced right, honest, nice. It is so difficult to find a mechanic that does a good job, let alone one where you completely trust their competence and pricing. Highly recommend - truly amazing!!
