I was a resident from 2003-2011. The roaches seemed to infest around 2007 or so. They tried every couple weeks with exterminators, but no go. The landlord at the time said to save receipts on our purchase of raid and roach motels for reimbursement. Although our rent was over $500 a month, I believe we were the only people in the building who actually paid rent, as everyone else was qualified for section 8 housing.
