I have lived on Charter Circle for a few years before moving to NJ. The grounds are nice and taken care of. I cant complain about Joe & his crew. However, the board is the worst of its kind. It took my self and several other neighbors, months for them to even set up a meeting with potential buyers. Some of these buyers were approved thru (WRG)or Stillman Management first to only be rejected by the board after making both buyers & sellers wait 4 months for nothing. I have been a resident for 3 years at High Meadow (Charter Circle). Despite the slightly high maintenance fee (\$700 after STAR deduction), I can still say that the co-op is the best deal in Westchester. I have a great townhouse on a sunny courtyard, and it feels like my own little house. Other buildings are on a pretty tree-lined street, which is really nice for walking around. The maintenance staff (Joe and Eustavio) are also very responsive and nice people.
