Thorough reliable very respectful of the house, have three cats and didn't want any of them to escape cuz they are indoor cats.Shaun methodically searched through the whole house Network to find what the problem was. And thank goodness he was thorough because we found an area that looked like it could have easily started a fire. What a surprise...expecting the worst, but got the best service I have had in a long long time.... Shaun L. was on time, helpful and made sure that I understood everything that was happening. My strata requires licensed electricians for even minor electrical work, so I hired HME to replace a faulty light switch. The staff were friendly, and the electrician was quick and personable. However, being charged over $1,000 for such a small job left a very sour impression. Good service does not justify pricing that feels wildly disproportionate to the work performed.
