High Mark Electrical did a great job. I contacted them late on the Saturday between Christmas and New Year's and I got a reply a very short time later. The work was completed on Monday by Minak. They did a great job replacing some light fixtures. They cam recommended by S&N Lighting in Burnaby. I am very happy with both those businesses.
Highmark was exceptional! I tried a few other companies and no one had the time for me. Highmark was able to send someone out the same day and I was lucky to get Shaun - Capable and personable, he was able to trouble shoot and fix the multitude of problems so I was back up and running safely. I had electrical box issues and no power but I was in good hands with Shaun. Thank you Shaun and Highmark!! I would recommend this company to my friends and clients.
Minak was great! He was efficient and friendly.
Turned on the coffee maker this morning and boom, power gone on that wall. Called Highmark and Shaun shows up. An unusual case to solve as there was no clear reason why but Shaun reassured me he was on the job. He painstakingly followed the wires through various plugs and found a switch on the other side of the room that had a loose wire. We have an EV charger in our garage, and last night we saw sparks and noticed a burning smell when we tried to charge our car. We contacted the company right away, and I received a call the next morning. They booked a service visit immediately, which I really appreciated. Shaun came over and walked me through everything in detail. He explained what happened and what we could do moving forward.
