They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly research my questions It's hard to find a company that's both trustworthy and genuinely committed to helping customers make informed decisions. If you're looking for an HVAC company that's honest, professional, and worth talking to, Highline is definitely the one to call.
Getting ready to sell & discovered a leak that would cause a failed inspection. When I called High Line they had someone (Rick) in the area. Rick was here w/in a couple of hours; professional, pleasant and most importantly knowledgeable. He took care of the issues as quickly as possible but discussed everything with me along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or their workmanship. 10/10 in my opinion!
Switched from oil to propane, installed new propane boiler, replaced 2 a/c units and air handlers. The job was completed on time and within budget with quality workmanship and exceptional customer service...nice when that happens!
