Rip off for the diagnostics and customer services, 40 mins job, labour charge for $350 plus tax. LOL, yeah right, labour cost is base on set price - price whatever you want to set. No matter what their excuse is, this company is black list from all our relatives and friends.
My hot water tank, which was installed by High Life HVAC Inc in 2014 was broken and found water leaking from the unit. I called High Life for service. Thanks for Grace at the office, immediately, she connected me to the sales person (Darren Ye), who explained with detail options, either repairing or installing a new HWT. Furnace broke down overnight. Called High Life and got a great quote immediately. The service men came within a couple of hours to install the furnace. Parham was very professional and shared knowledge. They installed the furnace quickly and the house was heated in no time. They did an awesome job. Very happy with the quick service and I highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
Perham did an excellent job fixing my water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He explained the issue clearly, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The service was smooth and stress-free, and the quality of his work was outstanding.
