They gave me the run around about two months did my mom hearing test and than said her insurance wasn’t accepted there I was going to buy them they never got back with me when I talked to someone the dr was supposed to call me back but never did so I took my $3000 dollars somewhere else

Amazing doctors and staff!! I experienced vertigo for the first and those of you who have had vertigo know how terrifying it can be. Dr. Lana Joseph-Ford and Dr. Melanique LaBeaud were lifesavers! They very informative, caring and attentive. They both as well as their staff made sure I was as comfortable as I could be during test and even in the waiting room. From the moment you walk in you are greater with smiles from Ms. Carmen. Everyone is very nice to both the parent and child. The speech therapist(Ashley) is very enthusiastic and wonderful. The 2 doctors (Dr. Mel and Joseph)always take their time and come talk to parents and children. I would recommend this agency to anyone!
Dr. Joseph and her staff were very professional. All questions I had concerning my daughters hearing were answered immediately and she explained in layman’s terms. My daughter and I will be life time patients. Thank you Dr. Joseph for genuinely caring about people.
