I saw Jessica for the 1st time last week. Jessica is comfortable, kind, efficient, knowledgeable and very real! I left feeling like I made a new friend. The salon is comfortable, doesn't have that "sterile, smelly salon" vibe. I went in with hair very damaged from illness, medications and neglect. I sent my sister pics (haven't seen her in 2 months) her comment says it all - your hair has gotten so much thicker and healthier. Only my hairdresser knows for sure.
Great conversations and the best cuts and beard clean ups I have ever had. Zack is professional and a great person. Go and see High Level Design! You won't regret it.

I’ve been going to Zach for years, and he’s always done a great job. He’s consistent, easy to work with, and gives great hair care tips and recommendations without overcomplicating anything. The shop is super comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!
