Do not go here!!! They will violate laws and ethical obligations, and then they will cover it up. I’ve had three providers leave without any notice. Clearly there is an internal issue
Good doctors and staff but terrible communication and scheduling.
You wait 20+ minutes on hold anytime you call, I've missed telehealth appointments this way. They call to check you in before the appointment and if you miss it, they'll ask you to call for the appointment to start, and if the hold takes too long then they'll cancel the appointment. They do not make a second attempt to reach you. 4 months ago I had an appointment where blood tests were ordered. Since then, I've had my follow up appointment and more tests ordered but I am still waiting to even get the blood tests because the ... read more
Terrible communication. I was called to confirm a 1pm appointment and was told to arrive 15min early to check in. The place isn't even open. The billing Department here is ridiculous, and don't count on them to follow through with a referral. I waited a week and a half for a specialist to call me, after not response I reached out to them only to find out the referral was never even sent. I one hundred percent blame the down fall to this facility to the Praxis Health System.
