Writing this on behalf of my mom who hasn't been able to get her prescription renewed. She has coordinated with her doctor at Praxis Health for a couple weeks now and is out of necessary medication. Dr. Breanna Percell is a breath of fresh air! And so was the entire Urgent Care clinic experience, quick & helpful front desk reception as well. Do not go here!!! They will violate laws and ethical obligations, and then they will cover it up. I’ve had three providers leave without any notice. Clearly there is an internal issue
