I am new to the area and am looking for a provider. After working my entire career in healthcare, I knew how important a good practice can be and was pleased with the recommendation and reviews of High Lakes Health Care. Unfortunately, although the website states they take Medicare, they initially said only a PA can take one a month. Before we could get a date on the calendar, the scheduler said the office manager told her the whole practice was now closed to new Medicare patients. The scheduler then hung up on me.
