Trying to get through via phone just expect to be on hold in excess of 10 minutes. When my primary care physician at High Lakes moved out of state I was assigned to a new provider who insisted I pay out of pocket for a “getting to know you visit.” (Insurance companies do not cover these kind of visits.)
