Trying to get through via phone just expect to be on hold in excess of 10 minutes. When my primary care physician at High Lakes moved out of state I was assigned to a new provider who insisted I pay out of pocket for a “getting to know you visit.” (Insurance companies do not cover these kind of visits.) Considering I was already a High Lakes patient with a very simple health history, I had no interest in paying several hundred dollars for a doctor to line their pockets. I have been very happy with the internal medicine physi... read more
I had a hysterectomy May 2016. I had double coverage insurance that my husband & I paid roughly $700 a month for. When the girl at the front desk in Redmond called to let me know that she had authorized my surgery through my primary it would be $1500 out of pocket. I asked her why I would pay so much with double coverage and she said she wasn’t aware of my secondary insurance. I explain that High Lakes has been billing it every time I came in for an appointment, she found the information and said she would call my secondary ... read more
Dr. Mann prescribed dosage of Lisdexamphetamine (Vyvanse) in excess of the recommended amount to my now ex-husband under the presumption that he had ADHD when he was also an alcoholic with violent domestic abuse history and anxiety. Vyvanse exacerbated his violent tendencies ultimately leading to our divorce. Dr. Mann refused to give my ex-husband another drug after I made repeated attempts to contact and warn him of the side effects including rapid weight loss, aggression, and insomnia. I later heard that Dr. Mann was known... read more
We recommend David Kelley, as he is professional and has given my husband excellent care and worked with our workman’s comp claim. He is knowledgeable and is worth the drive to Bend if you live in Redmond like we do. As for Michelle Hershey she misdiagnosed my husbands back injury for weeks and wouldn’t give him a referral to get an X-ray, said we had to go to the ER which is an expensive co pay. Weeks later she send my husband to the PT and they tell my husband there is no way they can work on him and that he is seriously i... read more
If you want to feel like a number then this is the doctor's office for you!
My fiancé may have an aortic aneurysm. They discovered it during a different test in October. They have ordered the wrong tests, not followed up, not returned repeated phone calls. His original doctor has left the clinic. He's been trying to get this fixed so he can finally get the appropriate test to diagnose a potentially life threatening condition but they are continuing to put him a situation where he has to wait and thus endangering his health. I understand that you have to advocate for your own well being but this is o... read more
I like Dr. TiBert as he is thorough and polite. My former doctor retired :( I like that I get a printout of my visits which include my test results, vitals. Patient Portal needs some work. You can contact, but so far they've not been able to respond via portal. Sort of hard to make an appointment. But doctor & his nurse follow through. My case is complicated, so I'm happy with my care so far.
Since Dr. Gorman is advertising in the paper it would be appropriate to mention that, although she is accepting new patients and women of all ages, you apparently are not welcome if you are 65 and on medicare.
I was 5 minutes late, I waited in line very patiently and then was informed if I am 7 minutes late or more it's up to the Dr. If they can see you. Well of course I wouldn't expect anything less from Dr Kevin Rueter, he obviously declined my appointment. This is the third bad experience I have had with the good Dr. I have waited in that waiting room for over an hour after my scheduled appointment on two different occasions with not even a apology for consideration for my time. The reception staff is very friendly but as for t... read more
