My son Stephen goes. He has multiple disabilities including non-verbal autism. High Impact is amazing for him. They're so friendly and easy for him to understand. They're understanding if he has an off day. He's learning lots, getting healthier and moving better.
GREAT CLASS Classes are so well organised and engaging each week. It is never just the same thing week-in, week-out! Thank you for your efforts to making Karate classes FUN!
High Impact Martial Arts has been the best thing for my 4½-year-old! He absolutely loves it and looks forward to every class. The instructors are fantastic with kids—fun, patient, and great at teaching focus and confidence. It’s a perfect mix of discipline and fun. Highly recommend!
