PROTECT YOUR BABIES AND DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! I have never left a review for anything ever, but I felt this was the one time I should. Me and my wife took our 5 weeks old daughter here for a possible tongue tie per our lactation consultant. The visit with the dr starts out with the dr forcing our daughter’s tongue to the back of her throat and holding it while she’s screaming and struggling to breathe. My years of experience has been nothing but exceptional. Their professionalism and knowledge and working with children is outstanding. We were very fortunate to have been recommended. I may add, their associates a long with the dentist is beyond exceptional!
My 6 month old had their frenectomy done by Dr Ray and it was an exceptional experience. I had so much anxiety going in, and his evidence-based position and immersion into a well rounded community of IBCLCs and SLPs as well as an intensive review process allowed me to feel we were in the best hands and the decision was the right one. I also appreciated how they helped me through the process of filing insurance! My only complaint is when I come in for my regular appointments we dont get Dr Ray every time!
