Cleaning was less than 5 minutes, only a quick flossing and then fluoride. Did not clean my child’s teeth well. The dentist scraped out more stuff between teeth after the cleaning. Very disappointed.
My child has been a patient at this dentistry since she was a toddler, and we’ve always loved it here. Today I was told, without any prior notice, that they will no longer see children who aren’t up to date on vaccines. There was no email, letter, or phone call—just told in front of other patients and staff that we can’t return. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and disappointing after so many years of trust. I was told the owner would contact me to further explain upon returning to the country.

Best practice in the area and the staff is always going above and beyond and all the dentists are excellent with the children and very respectful and listen to the parents concerns. We have been going here for many years now. I am most impressed by the level of care and patience and time that they take with our children.
Really enjoy how kind and kid-friendly they are at High House. Both my kids came in for a cleaning and x-rays. The whole thing was fun and easy. Costs were explained in advance and everything was very clear. Thank you!
