Alexis was soo sweet, kind and attentive!!! I appreciated her giving my son a great first experience! and Dr Tori was very kind and informative as well, much appreciated! 10/10!
I’ll start by mentioning that I’m a traveling dental hygienist and have worked in many offices in the triangle area…and I would definitely recommend this office! My 3 year old son (and I) had a great experience this morning with Danny and Dr. Swarr. Danny coached my son through the cleaning, letting him know what he was doing each step of the way. My children had evening appointments at High House Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter became sick just a few hours before her appointment, and my focus was on caring for her while managing work responsibilities. As a result, I forgot to call and cancel. When I brought my son in later that evening, I was charged a no-show fee for my daughter. While I understand cancellation policies, applying a no-show charge for a same-day childhood illness with only a few hours' notice showed little compassion or flexibility.
