Bad customer service they sold me a broken watch when i went back to ask them to fix, Nayeli was so rude not willing to help me with the broken item. I asked to speak to someone else that can solve my issue she said is just me, turn around left me. Unprofessional and rude last time i will go there spend 160 for a broken watch
Mary and Gisela are basically thieves. They take forever and don’t even actually fix jewelry. I had an issue with an order and they refused to give me a managers information to speak to. I asked over 5 times for a higher up and they kept covering for each other. Horrible service.
