Love love loves High Garden. The owner Leah really knows her science of the body system and how it response to and with various herbs. Wow, what a wealth of knowledge. It was wonderful to get 1:1 service with her. What a Blessing.
In a tranquil manner, High Garden has successfully fused the Tennessee culture with Tea culture. As you walk in you get a sense of inclusiveness which allows the individual, regardless of acclimation to tea, to enjoy the wonders tea has to offer without taking away from the original context. High quality tea, wide variety, and great folks makes High Garden the best thing since sliced bread.
Love this place! They have a fantastic selection of green teas, and I can't to try all of their oolong teas as well. Environment inside is very relaxed, the owners really seem to know their teas. I will definitely be back soon!
They have created an old world atmosphere in which to relax and escape the frenzied pace of the world outside.
Lovely tea experience, lovely people!! What a treasure.
