Genuinely friendly and helpful people. They went as far as possible to fit me in before my insurance expired and did a terrific, pain free job of cleaning according to my preference for an old fashioned method. They worked around a poor set of old x-rays without compromising their standards or costing me more money. They certainly earned my gratitude. I wish I discovered them sooner. Nice office, too. There's tons of dentists everywhere these days -- I finally lucked out. Thanks High Forest!
I get very anxious at the dentist and had put off getting seen for a long time. I’m used to leaving the dentist feeling ashamed for issues with my teeth but truly this is the first experience I’ve had where I left feeling better and like I wanted to come back. Dr Brown is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had, I feel so lucky to have found her. She does amazing work, painless and exacting to the smallest detail. She and the entire staff are kind, honest, compassionate and really take their time with you. If you’re looking for an expert dentist with honest prices look no further.
As a new patient, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. What I found was a friendly receptionist (Allison) one of the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had (Robin), and a friendly, empathetic dentist (Dr Wood). Everything was explained clearly and patiently, and I look forward to a long relationship with this group.
Excellent dentists and office staff. Allison, at the front desk has amazing customer service skills, and is SO very knowledgable about insurance, services, etc. She never rushes you on the phone, and is willing to answer an unlimited amount of questions on the phone and in person with patience and kindness. Plus, High Forest Dental still accepts Delta PPO plans, when so many other dentists only accept Delta Premier insurance which is not an option for me through my retirement plan.
