I am in the process of changing dentists in search for a more personal and friendly experience. As a first time patient with Dr. Allison Brown at High Forest Dentist I believe I have found that. The service was personal, unhurried and very thorough. I hope for a long time relationship with High Forest for both me and my spouse.
Had a wonderful experience here! It's been several years since I've seen a dentist/had a cleaning, and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I was given clear information about work I needed done on my teeth, along with a plan on how to go forward with my care. They provided me with a printout of costs so I could make an informed decision. When they found an issue they couldn't take care of, they referred me to a local oral surgeon who was also very professional. Happy to have found this place!
I had a very good experience. It was very easy from checking in through the time I life. All the staff were really nice and helpful. And Dr. Wood was very nice and listened to me, which I appreciated. I would recommend this dentist to anywho who is looking for a good all around experience.
Very favorably impressed with all the staff. Dr. Brown was friendly, professional and conservative in regards to treatment advice - she gave me her opinion and provided rationale, but didn't push me or create drama around it. She presented choices. So staff was kind.
I love this dental office. Everyone is very friendly and they work with your schedule as much as they can. For example, one of my crowns popped off and High Forest was able to get me in that very same day to repair it.
