Excellent dentists and office staff. Allison, at the front desk has amazing customer service skills, and is SO very knowledgable about insurance, services, etc. She never rushes you on the phone, and is willing to answer an unlimited amount of questions on the phone and in person with patience and kindness. Plus, High Forest Dental still accepts Delta PPO plans, when so many other dentists only accept Delta Premier insurance which is not an option for me through my retirement plan. My experience was great. I felt staff had genuine concern for my dental health. I was please with their friendly attitude while providing me with excellent dental exam and cleaning. Staff took time to talk with me and provided informative responses to my questions and/or concerns.
The front desk was amazing helping me schedule a cleaning appt with hygienist that would work for me. My hygienist checked, cleaned and evaluated my teeth for potiential problems. She suggested products that will help me between visits.She was thorough but not overwhelming. Hey helped me understand my new insurance coverage. High Forest Dental is the best dental team I have ever had!
I had a very good experience. It was very easy from checking in through the time I life. All the staff were really nice and helpful. And Dr. Wood was very nice and listened to me, which I appreciated. I would recommend this dentist to anywho who is looking for a good all around experience.
