This place has helped me grow as an individual and all of the clinicians are so knowledgeable and supportive in every way! It feels like a community and it is my safe place where I feel like I am not alone. Have learned a lot of coping skills for life.
I have had a very pleasant experience with the staff here at High Focus. I enjoy the way the groups are run and how encouraging we are with one another amongst the patient population. I feel that the clinicians are very professional and I appreciate how they challenge us as individuals to heal.

high focus is not effective. it’s a low level outpatient program; a less effective counterpart to other outpatient programs. i do not recommended this to anybody because the group sessions end up becoming friends hanging out more than therapy. they don’t treat the root of your problem they just focus on current situations rather than focusing on past trauma. the rules are ridiculous, and all the restrictions that they have for “safety reasons” is ridiculous. they were not successful in helping me with my issues. high focus d... read more
