I went to high focus for about 2 months and thought it was a massive help. Learned so much about myself with the support of staff and all the great people that were there. If you’re hesitant, just please at least give it a try. This program actually helps
I highly recommend using High Focus. They help the whole family thru difficult times.
High focus was absolutely massive in my mental health recovery, they helped me get my head on straight immensely. I got so much out of the group setting, and Andrew helped me greatly and I am deeply appreciate of all high focus has done for me.

I just completed my time at High Focus and I can honestly say it was the most helpful thing for me. The clinicians the staff and just the energy there is so uplifting and caring. I went into the program struggling with day to day life, anxiety and coming to terms with a new diagnosis. I left that same place learning how to live in the moment, communicating better with people around me, boundary setting, and protecting my peace.
