Even though my parents made me go to high focus even tho I’m 23 and they are the cause of my problems I enjoyed the people that I met there. I just finished yesterday and it feels weird having a full day to myself. I enjoyed art therapy on Tuesdays and dog therapy on Thursdays. Definitely the highlight of my time there. I just finished High Focus and I absolutely loved it. I felt supported and cared for my whole 9 weeks. I was given a lot of skills that will benefit me in the future and I feel stronger than I have in awhile. I also made some really amazing friends that I cherish and feel like will be friends for a lifetime. There are a few negatives with the program and I will address them but I think a 5 star is apt. 1. High Focus Norwalk is a outstanding place that really helped me, in fact it greatly accelerated my mental health progress to the point where I feel a lot better. They're really nice, supportive, and the activities and sessions we do as a group were very effective. The other group members are also very supportive and encourage each other, so the whole environment is set up to be supportive and helpful.
