EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have been in this industry for 9 years and have NEVER experienced such incompetence for a simple test. When I handed the tech my insurance card, I was told that the owner may not be accepting insurance at the time. Once it was established that he was, I was told that the owner of the facility would need 2 days to obtain an authorization. I have an HMO and my doctors were not helping me with the pain I was experiencing.
