Did not provide key to move in for first three days of the month, moved in and there was a fly infestation, continuous leak in bathroom with accumulating water, multiple issues w/ "central" heat and aid
Over the past 2 years I've had a great experience working with High Fidelity on my rental and - just recently - my new construction condo. Their team is extremely responsive and will have an answer to your question or a maintenance mechanic over to your unit within 24 hours. I always felt heard which is not always the case when you have been renting in Chicago for over 10 years. Thank you Caitlin and team for everything!
My roommate and I noticed a small leak in our kitchen February 9th and it took until February 23rd AND new ownership & management for our health and safety to be prioritized. The photos are the result of High Fidelity ignoring us and/or failing to provide more than extremely short term solutions (i.e. our own mixing bowls and towels on the ground to catch water).
